Yuhuang Estimating Pte Ltd (Yuhuang Estimating) was incorporated on 9 February 2021 as a boutique Quantity Surveying and cost management consultancy serving the Singapore construction industry.

The practice

We are small by design. A boutique firm by definition serves a sophisticated or specialised clientele — which is exactly how Yuhuang Estimating operates. Our director leads every engagement personally. Our deliverables don't get filtered through a junior team that's never measured a SMM-standard BQ before.

Yuhuang Estimating serves four client types: developers, house owners, architects, and main contractors. Each gets the same boutique attention — whether the project is a 2-storey detached GCB at Linden Drive or a 158-unit condominium at Bukit Timah Link.

• BSc (Hons) Building Construction Management — Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom
• Advanced Diploma in Technology (Building) — Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Malaysia
• Diploma in Technology (Building) — Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Malaysia

Experience: 17 years of professional Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration. Pre-contract feasibility through to post-contract Final Account settlement. Traditional procurement, design-and-build, PSSCOC and SIA contracts. Sectors include hotels, residential, commercial office, good-class bungalows, conservation and heritage projects.
