Yuhuang Estimating is a boutique Quantity Surveyor in Singapore, founded in February 2021 by MSISV member Pow Kak Wen. We serve developers, house owners, architects and main contractors who need a cost partner that prices every line of the Bill of Quantities as though we were the contractor signing for it.
Our director brings 17 years of practitioner experience across hotels, Good Class Bungalows, conservation shophouses, condominiums, A&A works and industrial B2 developments. We work to SIA, REDAS and PSSCOC contract standards, and our deliverables meet the BCA, JTC and HDB tender submission norms that Singapore's market demands.
The firm is small enough to know every line of your project. Large enough to price a 158-unit condominium at Bukit Timah Link or a 9-storey complex at Woodlands Industrial Park. More about Yuhuang Estimating · Quantity Surveying services.
